What can you expect from GloriaCoach.com within a coaching relationship?

I establish a written contract up front so that you can be confident in the confidentiality of all discussions. An effective coaching relationship is built on trust and integrity, and I will honor you and the work will do together within that standard. This contract will also detail the logistics of the relationship (sessions, fees, other involved if appropriate, etc.)

I will listen fully to what you are saying as well as to what you are not saying. I will use my intuition and my strengths to hear beyond the surface level and will work to understand what is truly at the heart of the matter.

I will ask questions that are designed for self-discovery, greater insight into your own knowledge, and questions that will support you in moving forward towards your vision and goals.

I will communicate directly and respectfully. I will tell you the truth as I see it, offer new perspectives, and reframe thoughts and ideas back to you so that you can easily communicate them back to others as necessary.

We will create new awareness around areas of strengths and areas for increased learning and growth. I will challenge your beliefs and attitudes that are getting in the way of you becoming the leader you most desire to be.

We will co-create plans of action that can be easily integrated into your life and career. Every accomplishment, point of learning, and step towards future goals will be celebrated and built upon. Measurable and tangible goals will be set with your bigger vision in mind.

We will manage progress and design systems of accountability for the action steps you have designed. I will honor your right to make decisions while challenging you to follow through, grow, and expand into new areas of thinking and living.


Manager Coaching Package #1

  • 3 - 45 minute coaching sessions per month via phone scheduled at your convenience.
  • Immediate availability for crisis or emergency situations.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication with a guaranteed response within 12 hours
  • Other valuable resources and assessments
     
  • Rate: $400 per month with a minimum 3 month commitment.

Manager Coaching Package #2

  • 2 - 45 minute coaching sessions per month via phone scheduled at your convenience.
  • Immediate availability for crisis or emergency situations.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication with a guaranteed response within 12 hours.
  • Other valuable resources and assessments
     
  • Rate: $300 per month with a minimum 4 month commitment

Manager Coaching Package #3

  • On-the-spot coaching for 30 minute intervals
  • Unlimited e-mail correspondence with a guaranteed response with 12 hours.
  • Other valuable resources
     
  • Rate: $150 per coaching session with no minimum commitment

Other Available Services

  • Shadow coaching for a 1 - 3 day period in person at your organization
  • Availability for board/staff meetings via phone conference or in person. " 2 - 4 hour intensive power sessions for speech development, staff training, promotional review or crisis management
